Commercial Duct Cleaning in Braintree, MA

The ducts you see in these photos are from a commercial facility that may have never had their ducts cleaned before.  As you can see from the before photo there was a substantial buildup of dust and dirt that had accumulated over time.  That buildup has the potential to harbor mold spores, bacteria or viruses, which can be spread throughout the environment when the system runs.  Buildup of this type also negatively affects the performance of the system by restriction the airflow through the ducts and to the registers, causing the system to work harder to achieve the desired heating or cooling effect for that space. 

The after pictures shows the same duct after all of the buildup has been removed and a antimicrobial disinfectant has been applied. 

Our customer was relieved to know that the system in their facility was left in a much better state to provide a comfortable climate and healthy environment for all that occupy the space.
