Cleaning Nicotine Stained Walls

Some homes have had occupants who smoked heavily in the home for many years, like the one in this photo.  This causes nicotine build up that gives all the surfaces a brown tint and can carry a pungent odor.  The good news is that a thorough cleaning can help restore the walls and eliminate the unpleasant odor. In the first photo you can see the wall above the window has been partially cleaned and clearly shows how much nicotine build up was on the wall.  The second photo shows the wall after a thorough cleaning.  We were able to clean the entire structure in one day to the delight of our client.
